(Less than 1 °C in 10 km.) HDPE jacket pipes that are manufactured without a seam furnishes non-leakage of hundred percent. in this system since the carrier pipe, polyurethane and jacket pipe working as a single pipe, there is no need a compansator under the earth. A "Monitoring System" which can be placed in to polyurethane, enables to watch the pipeline from a monitor.
