Actual ICCI 2012, Turkey's Most lmportant Energy Organization, has Started Sektorel Fair Organization, organizing Turkey's biggest energy and environment event, will hold the 18' h lnternational Energy and Environment Fair and Exhibition on April 25th-27th, 2012, at lstanbul Expo Center. By holding the fair, conferences and B2B meetings simultaneously on the same platform during the ICCI 2012, this will be an exceptional event. New lncentives Program has Been Disclosed T he New lncentives Program, prepared by the Ministry of Economy, has been disclosed to the public. However, in the sector under strategic investments, investments in education, freight and passenger transportation, mining and some tourism areas will be able to benefıt from incentives of the S' h region, regardless of their size and location. in this new system, it is aimed to increase intermediate goods and products that are dependant on imports, in order to reduce the current defıcit. Lofty Grant Support from TÜBİTAK to R&D Expenses T hrough its new incentives system, TÜBİTAK (The Scientifıc and Technological Research Council of Turkey) has taken a resolution to issue grants for R&D expenses of the Turkish lndustrial companies, for up to 85% of their costs. Planning to make its fırst cali to energy sector, TÜBİTAK will ask the Turkish Companies to focus their researches on products related to solar energy, energy storage, high energy efficiency in houses and industrial sites, as well as coal technologies.
