New lncentives Program has Been Disclosed T he New lncentives Program, prepared by the Ministry of Economy, has been disclosed to the public. Lofty Grant Support from TÜBİTAK to R&D Expenses T hrough its new incentives system, TÜBİTAK (The Scientifıc and Technological Research Council of Turkey) has taken a resolution to issue grants for R&D expenses of the Turkish lndustrial companies, for up to 85% of their costs. Planning to make its fırst cali to energy sector, TÜBİTAK will ask the Turkish Companies to focus their researches on products related to solar energy, energy storage, high energy efficiency in houses and industrial sites, as well as coal technologies.
